Strong Active You – Circuit Classes

  • Tuesday 7.15pm – 8pm – This 45min circuit class will involve a lot of high intensity, body weight and core based exercises with professional trainer. £4 per session – must be booked in advance – Jennie 07870 380149

  • Thursday 7.30pm – 8.30pm – This 60min full body workout is suitable for all fitness levels with a variety of exercises so it never gets boring.  The classes are designed to develop cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength, increase flexibility, mobility & co-ordination.  All you need is comfy clothing & a drink. £5 per session – must be booked in advance – Jennie 07870 380149
