February 2017 – work begins on the houses!
After a number of months working out plans and finalising costings for the re-development of the houses, work began under the keen eye of Gina Wescott on 6th February. Bray Building services began stripping out the properties and filling up skips so that the re-development work could begin.
The houses were also covered in scaffolding so that the outside work required to the roof and re-pointing of the stone work could begin.
The coming weeks will see the installation of windows & doors to make the houses weather proof, after which plastering and internal works can begin properly.
