Sermons from September 2020
As we have been talking about over the last few weeks we are called to be fruitful. But the fruit we are called to bear isn’t just for a moment. We are called to bear lasting fruit as Sara explains.
Over recent weeks we have been hearing about the importance of fruitfulness. Throughout the whole bible we see God’s plan is for all of creation, including us, to be fruitful. This week Trevor Shotter takes some time to ask the question “How do we make sure we can be fruitful?”
Trevor continues to introduce our Be Fruitful season. At the heart of it all, is soul fruitfulness. That is, a fruitful inner life. And it’s by doing that that we can become fruitful followers of Jesus.
“The purpose of God is to use us, his children, to transform the wilderness our world, into the garden of God.” This week Trevor takes some time to introduce us to our new theme for the next few months “Be Fruitful”.
