Our Teams

We are committed to working in teams. Most teams will have a leader but our approach to leadership means we genuinely try to listen to one another, work together and empower and encourage one another in our different gifts. In doing this, we aim to serve the church and our community, and to fulfil the vision we believe God has given us – to make the love of God real in the real world.  

Core Leadership Team

The Core Leadership Team set the strategic vision and direction for the church.
This team is led by Dan Lush

Trustees Team

The trustees are responsible for all the legalities of running a charity. They ensure we are compliant and fulfill all our charitable obligations.
This team is led by Jon Dumville

Operations Team

The Operations Team keep things moving day to day. From running our home, Jubilee Centre to ensuring other teams across the church have everything they need. The Ops team are the oil that keeps everything turning smoothly. This team is led by Dan Lush

Ministry Team Leads

There are so many people that make our times together happen. Here are some of the people who lead the various areas of church life.

The Branch Community Team

We run a large range of groups and community outreach programs. The Branch team are the ones that make it happen supported by a large group of volunteers.
